Welcome on a very romantic tour!
Your sunset cruise departs from the Taina Marina on the West Coast of Tahiti, French Polynesia. Your tour starts one and a half hours before sunset and you return 30 minutes after sunset so that you can enjoy as much as possible the dramatic sunset colors.
I am your pilot and guide, Captain Benoit. It will be my pleasure to ensure that you have a wonderful sunset cruise on my island home of Tahiti, French Polynesia. During the typical tour we will pass by all the amazing Super Yachts and then the famous overwater bungalows of the Intercontinental Tahiti Resort.
Then if you choose: we can snorkel in the famous wrecks area where you visit 3 underwater wrecks in shallow water surrounded by sand banks. There is a plane and 2 boats, all surrounded by tropical reef fish and corals. The famous site is called "the aquarium". Don't forget to take your swimsuit!
However If you don't want to go snorkeling : no worries. Instead we will cruise on the lagoon (so that you can stay dry during the tour) and enjoy the views.
We will then continue to the well-known sandbar of Taapuna which is located inside the lagoon and faces the island of Moorea. Here we will anchor the boat in the calm lagoon waters, just 3 feet deep. You can go into the clear water or relax on the boat to enjoy the sunset.
This is such a romantic moment surrounded by the warm blue lagoon and sunset. Let me know your preferences and it will be my pleasure to make sure your Tahiti sunset cruise is a wonderful experience.

Meeting Point
The meeting point is in front of the restaurant "La Casa Bianca" at Taïna Marina in Punaauia.
I will be wearing a big hat, impossible to miss.

General Tour Information
All services are private whether you are alone, as a couple, as a family or between friends...
You will be the only ones on board.
If you are alone the minimum charge is for 2 guests.
Tour Restrictions:
It is not advisable that guests with a recent surgery or injury go on this cruise. To participate in any water activities, guests must be able to swim and be able to climb a boat ladder.
The tour includes:
- Snorkeling gear : snorkel, mask, fins, inflatable snorkel vest, swim noodle
- Complimentary photos of your tour (sent by email at the end of the day)
- see what else is included and what to bring if you want : what included - Tahiti Lagoon Paradise (whale-dolphin-turtle.com)
The tours are totally privatized, (just for you) for more conviviality and comfort:
- You book for the number of people of your choice (maximum 5)
- departure time is at your convenience
If you would like to stay longer onboard:
- The overtime cost is only 6,000 xpf per person and per hour (minimum charged 2 persons if you are alone). Don't hesitate during the tour to ask if this is possible.
If you have an idea for a special tour that is close to your heart:
- do not hesitate to tell me about it. We will see if we can make your dream come true.
Reservations may be made at the last minute.
